Listed below are the important reminders and objectives for our week.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks!

Important Reminders:

• The Adopt-a-Family fundraiser is getting off to a great start!  Thank you so much to all who helped bring in food items, paper products, and cleaning supplies!  
• We will have a Leader in Me assembly on Tuesday, please have your child wear their Leader in Me shirts!

Weekly Objectives:

Writing:  In writing this week, we are publishing our informational texts.  We will have a celebration on December 5th for all parents to attend.  Please return the writing celebration RSVP form if you have not done so already!

Reading:  This week we will be discussing the main idea of a text.  We will focus on what the author of a text is mainly trying to tell us.

Science:  This week we will begin Chapter 5: Ecosystems!  We will identify the ways in which living and nonliving things interact with an ecosystem.

Math:  This week in math, we will start creating our multiplication flashcards!  Be on the lookout for these to come home on Tuesday and practice these with your child often!
